~MOM’S RHUBARB CAKE~ 2-1/2 cup all-purpose flour Whisk flour, sugar, baking soda, salt together. Add oil, milk, and vanilla to dry ingredients; mix well. Stir in rhubarb. Coat 9×13 inch pan with cooking spray. Pour batter in prepared pan.
