Breakfast

~BREAKFAST SAUSAGE SCRAMBLE~

1 lb. Roll Sausage
2 cups(10 oz) Country style hash browns (chunk kind)
8 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup chopped green pepper
1/3 cup chopped red pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion

In one skillet, cook sausage until done; drain. In another larger skillet, cook potatoes, peppers and onions until browned. Add sausage to potato mixture. In a small bowl, combine eggs and milk until mixed well. Pour egg mixture over sausage and potatoes, stirring gently until eggs are cooked.

TIP: I used 3-4 cups potatoes. Eggs are best if scrambled alone then added to sausage and potato mixture. Add some seasonings too if desired.
